The main ingredient of coated lamination overlay is Polyvinyl Chloride.
There are two types for overlay lamination .One is with glue,the other is without glue.
3. At present, most small lamination machines use coated overlay with a layer of thermal glue
with which PVC printing sheet stick fast with the core sheet.
4. Its essential function is to be covered in PVC cards from top to bottom layers.
5. The heating and pressure from laminate leads to a very bright surface on the PVC card surface
and strong adhesion between the overlay and core.
